Chewy Oatmeal Flax Bars:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
12 oz yogurt or applesauce
2 eggs
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp milk
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup ground flax
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
2-3 cups raisins or dried cranberries

Mix all together in a large bowl.  Press into a 9/13 inch glass pan.  Bake 28 to 30 min.  Allow to cool.  To store:  Cut into bars and wrap in wax paper.  Refrigerate and eat within 2 days or Freeze and defrost as needed.
